I have an issue when opening corel draw files from hyperlink (from Access database, but same apploes for Word or Excel) - each file opens in new instance.
When I open files directly from explorer they open properly - corel starts with first file and other files are loaded in the same instance.
Main problem is that opening new instance for each file takes too much time it varies among users in our domain, but it takes about 15 seconds on average - compared to 2 seconds per file when opening the file directly (we have 20 users, each needs to open about 20 to 50 files daily). Same things happen with other type of files (docx, xls), only exception is pdf files which always load in one instance no matter where you open them from.
I have tested the issue on several computers in the same domain with same results.

Do you encounter same issue? Is there any solution or workaround?
