Help blank screen

  1. Installed x7 32bit last night in my windows 7.. alll went smoothly then after that it gave in the log in menu, i went out and shut down laptop as it was too late to continue. Following morning started up the laptop, now chrome or internet explora aint working, if u try and open coreldraw it goes to the loading screen type thing but its blank with no words or options nothing... then it stops responding.  Help in fixing this please and fixing my chrome please as it wony even load settings for chrome.
