I enter the serial number and click on the Activate Now button. A Corel message comes up: Unknown Error. I've tried several times without any luck.
Did an agent chat and they escalated to a support engineer; the solution given, very technical instructions, did not fix the problem. Still stuck after 6 days. Help Desk useless so far...
