I have just downloaded CorelDraw Essentials and can not open EPS/PDF Files
I have old versions of EPS Files and new versions and none of them are opening.
Also I can not open PDF Files as well old and new ones. How can I fix this?

If I look at the product comparisons here, it seems to me that EPS and PDF are not supported file formats for CorelDRAW Essentials.
Yes I mean import. Sorry.
So there is no way I can import the eps files or pdf files?
They have been saved from Coreldraw Graphics suite. Just a little confused in how this product works I guess. As I'm used to Illustrator that pretty much accepts all eps files.
Forgive me if I sound a bit stupid. It's vastly different from what I'm used to. I just purchased coreldraw essentials to be able to fix up eps files for print. Basically I just want Coreldtaw by itself. It's not for a company it's just for personal use to modify eps files.
Can you help with this by any chance?

I think it is easy to be confused by the multiple versions of CorelDRAW that are now being sold.
I have never used "Essentials" or "Standard", but looking at the comparisons, they are both significantly "stripped down" compared to the "full" version.
If one needs full CorelDRAW capabilities, then CorelDRAW Graphics Suite is the only answer.
