Anyone know how to solve "You have reached the maximum number of activations on this serial number" problem? Just reinstalled my X7 Home and student to a new laptop and this error is preventing from using my software
Log in on the corel website into your account, and in the 'Your products' section look for 'Product Status and Subscriptions'. In there, you find 'installations', and next to it 'manage'. Just remove the machines from there that you don't use anymore.
So that's the thing - I have only one installation. Its not installed anywhere else. And yet It's asking for me to activate it the program before I can use it, which in turn tells me the "serial number has been submitted for the maximum amount of times for activation". How does one fix this issue?
On the screen that shows the Comput Name click the checkbox next to the computer name and then select Remove selected machines. Then give it another try. If that doesn't work you will need to call / message support.
