Hello, i have a long-term problem with dimensions in corel draw x7. When I create an object (square, rectangle, etc, who should have dimensions - 181 x 67 px.
When i export this - final dimensions is 182x68 px. Absolutely do not know what wrong,

I talked to a lot of graphics as they work in Corel and nobody helped me so far. They are all too clever but this basic thing never resolved.
My last chance is thus this forum and I hope that what coorelu professionals dedicated years to help me. Thanks

It depends on where the object is snapping to the pixel grid.
The diagram shows two objects, both 22 x 16px. The one on the left is snapped to the centre of the pixel grid. The one on the right to the edge of the grid. You need to snap to the centre to maintain pixel accuracy otherwise you end up with an extra pixel when the object is exported. Zoom in until you can see the grid to see the difference. There are settings in the Options > Document > Grid that specifically control the pixel grid.
IMHO Draw should only snap to the grid centre when in pixel mode - or that should at least be the default setting (maybe with an option to turn it off, although I can't think of why you'd ever want to).
It's a known problem. Not fixed at the moment, but I'll send Corel a reminder about it and link to this thread.
Pixel dimensions in CorelDraw are only exact when there is an even number of pixels in both dimensions. If either dimension is an odd number of pixels, that dimension is rounded up to the next pixel.
This has other unwanted implications. If the size is specified as an odd number of pixels, then each pixel straddles two pixels of the pixel grid. Here's what then happens if you ask for a 1 pixel outline:
For the moment, if you want exact pixel sizes and optimum results, you need to make your images a multiple of 2 pixels.
Thanks for answers, why corel no fix it? the only one option is start working in illustrator or in illustrator is same problem ?
