i have recently bought a new subscription for the month and i can not get my corel draw x7 to get out of the viewer mode.
i have jobs that i need to be doing now, and technical support havent replied to me. please help

Hello! I know this was a long time ago but I'm having the same issue and have already talked to the support team and they didn't solve my problem. So, what happened: The subscription expired due to the credit card being expired too. I have already updated the card info to a new card and the payment of the subscription was accepted. I have already checked the program serial number corresponds to the account serial number. Why is it still in viewer mode? Please help
