Im hoping someone might have an answer while I wait for Corel to get back to me? I need to use the software at work today.
Ive successfully created an account and registered the software. I'm keen to access Corels ClipArt through Corel Connect. But every time I try to create a standard membership, I get the following message:
'This product cannot be associated to your membership or subscription. Product does not qualify".
The software was purchased and installed by my employer earlier this year. Im the only one in the organization with the software.
Any tips would be most appreciated.

I have the same problem. I have CorelDraw X7 installed from my employer and have added it to my account. But when I try to install Update 6 I get the same error as the original poster.
have you signed in with your username and password? the icon on the top right angle, if it's red you need to start your session
Yes I have. When I sign in, I get the message "This product cannot be associated to your membership or subscription. Product does not qualify"
