Hi there. Various tool features in Coreldraw have stopped working (grrr) and I need to reinstall. I've tried installing the latest patches, but nothing has helped. I purchased and downloaded the Coreldraw online last year. If I uninstall using 'add/remove programmes', will the Coreldraw programme files on my hard drive remain, or will I need to download the programme again? I don't remember where to download the X7 files, so am nervous to uninstall without checking first.Many thanks!
Make sure you have your serial number.
Make sure nothing but Windows is running. Make sure Windows has all updates.
Launch CorelDRAW makes sure you're logged into your Corel account.
Close CorelDRAW, uninstall, (REMOVE USER FILES)
Check the old install folder and delete any X7 files.
REBOOT WINDOWS.
Download and install CorelDRAW, I believe you need to enter serial #.
REBOOT WINDOWS
Launch CorelDRAW HOLDING THE F8 KEY resetting workspace to default, sign into account, (same procedure when launching Photo-PAINT you won't need to sign in)
Check for and Allow all Corel updates, REBOOT WINDOWS, launch program.
Glad, remember the steps about keeping only windows running when making system changes. Rebooting and having patience.
