I've made a banner and exported to print, but the color got over saturated. When I opened the JPG/PDF file in my computer It looked fine, with the exact colors that I wanted but when I try to print It goes back to the over saturated color.
How can I fix this ?
HELP!
Sound like a printer problem to me.
What printer?
I didnt even got to print it, the color was already wrong in the printer preview.
The first one was the color I wanted and the second was the color I got in the printer preview and on my phone.
I second the question of Myron... What printer? it's an inkjet? a laser color? digital? plotter? Postscript? are you sending as CMYK or RGB? Are you using the color profile of the document?
According With your image, the first image is CMYK while the seconds seems to be RGB, but maybe it's just the preview of the printer, and the print result will be fine. the only way to know it is to print it.
