Corel Draw X7 in Windows 10 (64 bit) not opening

Corel Draw X7 in Windows 10 (64 bit) not opening.  Purchased in April 2016, according to my account status I am 'Active' and renewal is 'N/A' yet I'm being told to renew and that my 'time's up'.  Cannot open the software. No idea what is going on, anyone help?
