Hi there, I have a 100 page document, the first page is the document cover. If I insert page numbers, its puts "1" on the front page. Is there a way to only start the page numbering from the 2nd page of the document? So the 2nd page in the document will be numbered "1". Or maybe change it to start numbering at "0", because then I can just delete the "0" from the front cover.
