Those two dates should, at the least, be reversed. The file was actually created 9/23/2013. I know this because we use a footer tag in all our documents that includes this info, as well as, what designer created it and the location of the png proof file for emailing. So how was it "created" in the future?
I don't think that is some sort of "document property" for which CorelDRAW is responsible. I think it's just reporting what Windows tells it about that file - which might have nothing to do with when the file was originally created in CorelDRAW.
Try copying a file in Windows, then seeing what it shows for the "Created" date and time of that new copy.
I have loads of files that have the same "Created" date - because that's the day that they were transferred to this particular machine.
Yeah, I thought of that too. I know files will show a date that they were transferred from one the server to a new one. That did happen in 2013 and again just a couple of days ago. I'll let it pass for now but may flare up again lol
