From the Help menu I am unable to open Product Help or Video Tutorials. Video Tutorials opens a new window, with an access denied message about Adobe Flashplayer. Product Help opens a browser window, tries to access my C drive, but the address bar flickers between various C drive addresses and a panel on the left side of the browser window flickering 'Please wait while the help is loading'. Is this a Flashplayer issue also? I'm aware Adobe Flashplayer has been discontinued, is there a solution?
