All of a sudden I cant save or import anything

So I have been using Corel X7 on 1 pc and 1 laptop for years with no issues.

However, today the laptop one has decided that I cant save anything any more even though the 'save as' button is NOT greyed out. Its really frustrating because its happened on the laptop I use mostly to design on when I am at home. I cant import anything either.

Any ideas for a fix (I have rebooted the laptop several times)?
