As the subject states I can not access my colour palettes, any help guys please

Are these custom created palettes or the default palettes?

I may be misunderstanding your perceived problem here, but I don't think that icon means "no entry".
I think it means "not visible".
On my system, clicking on the "eye" icon by a palette name toggles the visibility of that palette.
Done the clicking of the eye, but when I go back it shaows not visable. also gone through the dockers/colouer mananger and clicked there too.
I use the versaworks colours for print and cut. but the cut line is not visable in the printer. Old cut designs are still working when printing
