RE:Duplicate Fonts issue

The new Fontmanager excellent but one problem is if one font installed on the system then it should not show install option for duplicate font when font folder added. Can anyone please tell how to get rid of duplicate or already installed fonts while adding new fonts folder.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking for here but I will give you some information on duplicates. Right now, CFM shows and hides duplicates in a specific way. In the case that there is an installed duplicate, this is considered the "master" duplicate and is shown by default. The duplicate that is not installed is hidden by default unless you turn on the Show Duplicate Fonts button. In the case that duplicates are found and neither are installed, the font with the lowest ROWID will be shown and the other will be hidden.

Are you trying to hide your duplicates?

I think I have to do some exercise with CFM App because I updated recently from X7 to X8.
