Is the Application Desktop context menu gone?

I can still customize the Application Desktop context menu (right-click menu), but I don't know what is considered the Application Desktop and where to click to see its context menu in CorelDRAW X8.

I'm talking about this menu:

  1. Tools > Options
  2. Workspace > Customization > Command Bars and check Context Menu Bar to show all context menus
  3. Workspace > Customization > Commands
  4. On the shown Context Menu Bar, customize the Application Desktop context menu under Workspace.
