It has been working fine since I purchased it approx 1 month ago......I'm running windows 7 64 bit
Any help appreciated
Have the same problem with my X8 on my office computer (Win7 / 64). However, on my laptop at home (Win8 / 64) X8 is still running... at least, at the moment. Also, Sharon: where do I find the log files? I couldn't find any directory with "%temp%"
Colin, I don't have all the details, but the issue is on our side, and not a Windows Update.
For everyone else experiencing the issue we thank you again for your assistance and patience as we worked through this problem.
To resolve the issue on your system, I have attached a file for you to run.
This file will make an edit in the registry for both X8 and 2017. You will be prompted to sign in again, but the applications should launch without issue. Please be sure that you know your password, as you will be prompted to sign in on application launch.
Please let me know your results.
Thank you, Sharon
