CorelDRAW X8 Last letter of Italic text cut off.

Last letter of Italic text cut off.

Any one else have this issue?

Notice the slant of text is more in Corel. When converted to curves, it resolves. But this is not practical when using live text.

I am not sure what other fonts this problem appears in.

I'm using the Monotype version here (also in X8). Had to manipulate the word HEAVY, but otherwise agrees with Auntie Illy

I notice something similar with that font, but not with other fonts. For me it's only the Y that's cut off. One thing I noticed is when I do a "convert to curves" on the text, it seems to slant less than when its shown as text...and the new bounding box for the curves is right where the cut offs happen....do you see the same change when you convert it to curves? Which version of the font are you using?

When converted to curves matches the Illy render.

Font Version 2.00

Happens on all last letters.

Did you noticed that your original screen capture on Illy vs. DRAW makes it look like the font has a different x-height and degree of slant?
