Hey Brian,
Thanks, but the Chat Support seems to have fixed the issue for me) Clearing browser history helped.

What is this 'chat' support? you mean the button that says 'chat' but is really just a zendesk email form with no answers?
It would be nice to know what the solution is, I'm sitting here waiting for help and solutions and paying an employee to sit and stare at a now useless computer until I get past this 'error'.

Hello Mike,
I'm a new user, and have the same log in problem (installed X7HS though). I have just spoken to the online chat thingy, and they said they have a problem with login servers right now and to try again later. Don't know if that helps? The PCUlog in my temp dir shows that there's a timeout while trying to access https://iws.corel.com/ipmws/services/SubscriptionService

Mike. You may have faced a Zendesk email form because you tried to contact Corel support not in their work hours. IT happens if you are in different timezones. I was able to chat with a Corel support engineer straight away and solve my problem. The solution that worked for me (as I already mentioned that in a previous post) is to clear your browser history. If you need me to clarify all the steps for you here you go: 1. Open every browser that you use and clear its history; 2. Reboot your PC; 3. Launch Corel; 4. Log in. P.S. No need to be passively aggressive.

I have used CorelDraw products for years but this time I upgraded from X-5 to X-8 and I run into a new problem that I never had before.
When I start X-8 the screen " say's that they want to get to know me" and it asks me to enter my email address which I did along with my password.
Each time I receive a message that tells me my password is the correct password and it won't let me enter X-8
I contacted the support people who have tried to help me and I have changed the password but it still doesn't work.
When I enter my CorelDraw account everything seems to work fine is the password is correct.
I am using Windows 10 and I was using Firefox as my browser but have now changed to the New Microsoft Edge browser which replaced Internet Explorer thinking that maybe Firefox was the problem but so far that has not helped fix the problem either.
I find myself not able to use X-8 and I have a great deal of graphic work sitting on my desk.
Any idea how to fix this problem?
