CorelDraw X8 Home & Student Edition

I notice there isn't a CorelDraw X8 Home & Student Edition in the UK yet. Anyone know if when or if it will be released? If not, is there any reason why I cannot download and use the US edition? http://www.coreldraw.com/us/product/education-edition/ Thanks
