Can't install Corel Draw X8, the setup program appears as a white square

Can´t install Corel Draw X8, when I execute the setup, the program only appears as a white square with a couple of "X" icons to close the setup as this image:

Try this... Go to control panel -> Internet Options-> Security Tab and select Local Intranet and change the Security level for this zone to low -> apply and click ok. Now try installing the coreldraw...

It's the Corel Draw Graphics Suite X8 64 bit for a Windows 7 professional 64 bit in a Dell m4600 Workstation core i7 2.4 ghz 8g ram

Do you have all Windows updates?

Are you installing X8 using the latest version of the installer?

where can i check if i have the latest windows updates?
i don't think it's the latest version of the installer

Just do your Windows updates.

Download the installer from Corel.
