I removed the background from and image. I saved the image. Now the program will not let me exit. I get this message: You cannot exit CorelDRAW X8 while editing a bitmap. Please exit bitmap editor. Can someone help?
If you want to close CorelDraw but leave photopaint open then close the job in Photopaint (hit the x in the tab) then close corel.
If PP crashed, you may have to kill CorelDRAW using Task Manager.
CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
then end coreldraw tasks

it's supposed that you edit the image with PhotoPaint from inside CorelDRAW. Although you save the file en PhotoPaint and close the image, you must close PhotoPaint and return to CorelDRAW, then save the CorelDRAW file. If you don't close PhotoPaint, CorelDRAW is waiting for the image editor program, and Windows don't let you close the main program until you close the internal image editor
Haha Funny Jeff, I use the old DOS Ctrl+Alt+Del
Problem was that the job in photo paint was nowhere to be found. I closed with talk manager.
