I'm on Windows 10 and I am having an issue with CorelDraw X8. The program seems to work fine when I start it as Admin but the program closes itself on start up after saying 'Initializing user interface' when it is started as a regular user. Unfortunately this computer can't have Admin access all the time, so the program is basically unusable unless I fix this issue.
