I had another customer say "The file is HUGE, each time I try to download it into Cricut Design Space, it imports so large that even at 25% screen size, it still is too large and am unable to resize it to a manageable size. Why is this happening? "
I created the image at 6 inches, not pixels since that's what Cricut's want - yet when I upload it there it comes in at about 4 times its size and won't fit in the design space.
on a facebook forum i found out in Inscape you can scale the document size to the drawing with one click. Also you can scale the drawing to output as 1:1 All from the document properties window. I tried finding these options in Corel to no avail. Bums me out since Inscape is a free program and has some really handy features, am I missing something in corel?
Please help - thanks
exporting out as? Exporting with "selected only", right.
Dang! Thanks Myron, I was pretty excited there for a minute. I selected the image, exported as selected only and it still uploads into design space at 101 inches instead of 6.8 inches
Exporting as svg? Image (jpg, bmp, png) or vector graphic?
Why svg? I see that DXF is also a good option. Might try that instead.
