I pulled a TiF file from an old X3 set of CD's. It has musical notes of various point sizes. Looks like I should be able to import this file into X8 so that it shows up as another font selection. How do I do this or is there another way to get musical notes onto a drawing?
Do you mean a ttf file or tif? A tif is a raster image not a font. If you mean ttf then copy the file to the C:Windows\Fonts directory
It is a TTF file and I installed it in W110. In MSWord I can use the font. In CDX8 it asks to download or install the font to see the glyphs. The font name shows in the list, but it is not usable.
What font is it?
The file name is MUSICAL.TTF. The date is 8/1995. Came from a CRX3 CD.
Let me pull it off my server tomorrow and give it a test.
