Recently I have tried to do some typography work on my outstanding projects. And unfortunately I have ran into a problem with displaying 2 of the typefaces and all of their available characters to view in the INSERT CHARACTER docker on the right of the screen. The message I get when I try to view the entire alphabet is "install or download to preview glyphs". The typefaces are open type. I have used corel draw for years and never encountered this issue. I have removed any double installations and only have the 2 version normal and bold. See the picture for ref. Thanks to anyone who can help. I can offer more information in case I have left anything out to help the case.

If you have a previous version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, rename the following folder: "C:\\Users\\<username>\\AppData\\Roaming\\Corel\\FontDatabase\\V1\\" and then try launching the applications.
If you do not have a previous version of CorelDRAW Graphics Suite, rename the following folder: "C:\\Users\\<username>\\AppData\\Roaming\\Corel\\Databases\\V2.1\\" and then try launching the applications.
But when i rename the V1 folder. Corel x8 just re-creates V1. As i called mine V2. So how do i rename the folder to reset database. As in the folder there is loads of files. But not touching those files.
