I have been trying to get my online templates and it constantly says server is unavailable???
Corel decided to exercise the fine print in EULA and shut down the server for the assets.The cost to maintain it was more than they can bear.

I don't know that updating the program would cure the problem.
I recommend contacting Corel customer support to ask them if there is a way for you to get access to the assets.
It you do that, then it would be great if you reported in this thread on how it worked out for you. If you are experiencing this problem, then other users will be, too, and they will also be looking for solutions.
