Change Image Background C Draw X3

I have a graphic that has a low Rez background, and now I'd like to replace it with a higher Rez image. Could someone explain how I'd do this??

Darn, I pasted the image in the post but I guess that isn't allowed, how can I attach the image so you can see what I'm asking about??

I'd use the magic wand tool and shift+click on all the light beige areas then reverse selection, copy and paste to coreldraw. Retype all the text then delete all text from that part of the image. Leaving you with just the wood frame part and your own text. That way you can put whatever background you want in behind it.
