I want to work on a drawing using entirely centimeters for the page size, the rulers, the grid, everything.
I found out how to change the paper size to cm, but not the rulers and the grid, they stay inches. Is there a global setting?
Probably it is right in from of me but I don't see it in the settings.

From the menu: Tools->Options->Document->Rulers. On that section, you can select what units of the Horizontal and/or Vertical rulers display. Another way to reach the same settings menu is to right click on either the horizontal ruler or the vertical ruler and then select "Ruler Setup" from the pop-up.

Once you make the change go to Tools/Save Settings as Default
