I have problem with opening the corel draw 12 software. When i opened this, the program hangs all the time and cant access anymore. please give me steps regarding it....
Hello bhavita; Try resetting the program to the factory state by holding down the "F8" key and starting Corel, If that doesn't work put the CD in and at the install screen select repair.

I'm having the same problem. I've had Coreldraw12 on my computer for years. Yesterday it wouldn't pull up. Coreltrace and everything else comes up fine, it's just the Coreldraw that won't open. I've tried F8 , re-installing, and even checked for viruses. Still won't open. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them.

Microsoft issued some windows updates this week. If you have installed them, or if your system is configured to install them automatically, one of those could have broken it. It doesn't happen often, but no update can ever be 100% guaranteed not to break something else.
You could try a windows system restore to a recent date when you know it was definitely working, but it is quite a slow process and will not necessarily solve the problem. But after F8 / reinstall / virus check that's probably the next thing to try.
