when i export text to jpeg it shows output a single dot, when i change place of text (drag it to other place or within center rectangle area it works fine)

First thing, you can't export if it is off the page (is that the rectangle you are talking about?)
Another thing to have a look at - check this setting:
If you have that option chosen then you must select everything you want to export.
Otherwise if disabled then everything on the page will be exported (again, nothing off the page will export).

Sorry, should be more specific.
That export window is Corel X6.
I'm not familiar with 12 but there should be similar options available.
