Im new here and went looking for this site out of desperation and frustration. I bought a new computer about a year and a half ago and I am currently using windows 8...
Ive been having problems with images becoming corrupted for some time now. I don't remember exactly when it started but I am thinking possibly around the time that I got the new computer. I will import an image and it will be fine, then later, after I have saved it and closed the file, I bring it up again and suddenly its corrupted. Meaning it may show half the image within the box I have created and part of it is covered up by....sometimes its a black block, sometimes its' little white lines, sometimes its part of another image stuck inside there. Its very strange, and super frustrating.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Hello, it seems too late to answer this question, but I think when your meet data corrupt next time, you can sownload a data recovery tool to help you. I think the Bitwar Data Recovery is a good choice, it's effective and free. Hope it can still do something for you.
