I followed the steps adding fonts to CorelDraw program.
I copied the fonts I wanted.
I went to Start button - Computer- Local Disk (C:) - Windows - Fonts (Right here) this won't let me paste on here. I restarted everything and same thing happened.

That's right. You don't need to copy to the Windows / Fonts folder. That will slow down your computer. The less installed fonts, more speed. You could create a folder on your hard disk, place all your fonts (installed or not) and open Bitstream FontNavigator (Including with CorelDRAW X3) and fo to File / find fonts, choose this folder and Windows / Fonts only. Then you can preview the fonts and choose if you want to install it or not
