How do I get RIGHT CLICK BITMAP EDITOR to open PHOTOPAINT in Windows 10?

I upgraded to Windows 10.  I managed to install CORELDRAW X3 using instructions from Youtube Video (Brazillian).  In DRAW I can no longer RIGHT CLICK to EDIT a Bitmap with Photopaint.  It defaults to PAINTER and Photopaint is not an option. 

Does anyone know how to get PHOTOPAINT to be the default editor?

    select any CPT file on Windows, right click, choose "open with..." but don't select any program, select "Use other..." and on the following it should be Photopaint If it doesn't appear, go to Program files / Corel / CorelDRAW / under Program folder choose PPaint.exe
