I have an 18 page document / brochure that I am working on. I am trying to replace a certain colour on all objects with another colour.. I am putting in the relevant criteria i.e. CMYK colour, I hit find/replace...and a message says no objects found with that criteria. This is rubbish, because there are! I am using X8. Can anyone advise?
The find and replace will only search 1 page at a time. Leave the utility visible then hit next page, then search again etc.
Might be better off with a maco though.
You can try to use other macro that can replace color on all document pages
Hi, Use Color Styles Docker feature, instead. That will solve your problem in an instant. Way surpace the old Find and Replace. You create all colours used as a style of colors : "Color Styles". And every color you change on all your 18 page Doc will change when you change a color in the Color Styles Docker.
And the same way you can work with Object Styles.
You wrote that you are using X8, and write the question in X3 section. But, that said, if you have at least CorelDRAW X6.4 (servicepack 4) and newer versions, then you have the Colour Styles docker I mentioned. There is a Video about Color Styles explaining Color Styles. You can probably find it via CorelDRAW Welcome Screen or "Color Styles CorelDRAW Channel Youtube Channel" on Google/Youtube
