e.g copy the number 2 or 6 outline no fill. I want to scale the copy to fit equal distance inside original so I get double lines. I have tried adjusting size etc. but does not scale evenly.
Effects dont come on when I roll my curser over the copy effects or clone effects, so that area does not help me. In very old Photo Shop about 20 years ago I was able to do this but no longer have that software. I had switched to coreldraw 9 and then to corel 12. This issue had not come up before as most of what I make are simple oblects

Perhaps an explanation of what you're trying to accomplish would help. "double lines" - why not 2 identical shapes over top one another? Maybe the contour tool is what you're after.
