How would you go about creating a template to design printable/cut graphics? I have been asked to print vinyl for a street bike but cannot find a template of the bike, I have access to the bike for measuring etc, I've also been asked to do the same on similar items so I need a technique for making perfect scale templates

The process starts with 3 dimensional measurements and proper photographs (no cell phones) from the midpoint level perspective, 2 sides front and back.
take a photo of the bike from the side as straight as possible. Import and scale the image using a premeasured piece. Use the freehand tool to trace the basic shapes. All prints are done in oversized blocks (rectangles/squares)
