"Sorry to see you go, but... you'll still need to pay us anyway, for not using our products."
~WOW~
Ok, but what happens when a Coreldraw subscriber want to cancel his annual "plan"? I use a perpetual CorelDraw license .
Why don't you ask? As far as I read the month-to-month payment is a month-to-month lease, same for yearly. You may not get a refund, but I don't think you're charged for a remainder of the year if you were month-to-month lease.
If you pay yearly and cancel the same month maybe, but if you pay monthly I haven't seen any early cancelation fee from Corel.
There is no monthly subscription option, just annual. You need to pay in forward 1 year. So, the situation is same as at Adobe with subscription.
In the U.S. it's $14.50 a month.
A CorelDRAW subscription is now $269 per year. That translates to $22.42 per month. Not $14.50.
When I posted that I just did a Bing search and the price that popped up was $14.50. Even at $22.50 it's not bad, the BS is the programming, I hate getting a new way to do something in a supposed update, something that I've done for 20 years in a new, more complicated and differently dysfunctional way.
