Problem with Equation Editor Greek fonts in Designer 2019 and CorelDRAW 2019

When using Greek fonts in Equation Editor these translate back into Designer 2019 and CorelDRAW 2019 as equivalent "English" fonts. This was not a problem with Designer 2018. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
