Once you've spent some time customizing your workspace, you can export the new apearance to use it as a backup, or share it with others. To export your workspace, click Tools>Options and then click Workspace. Then click the Export button on the right side of the dialog. The file that's produced can be then be imported at a later date if you want to restore your workspace settings, or you can share it with colleagues…

The “Find and Replace” Function under the Edit tab allows you to replace a colour model or palette in seconds, or if you’ve made a text error you can find that word and replace it throughout the entire document. As well, you are able to replace the Outline Pen properties by adjusting the Outline Width with this function.

Adjust your page dimensions by simply double-clicking on the page border, and make note that you can create different dimensions for each page within your document. If you’re looking to set up a book, booklet, tent card, side-fold card, top-fold card, or tri-fold brochure, these options are available for you under the Layout tab in Page Setup.
