Seeking a template for printable discs in Canon printer

Hi all,

I'm seeking a template for printable discs (CD and DVD) in a Canon Pixma iP4700 printer.  Anyone know where i might find one?

Alternatively, I do have a template I used to use in Adobe InDesign, saved in both CS2 and CS5 formats.  Can anyone help me with importing it into CD X7?  Tricky bit is, I don't currently have access to Adobe software, to save it into any interim formats that might ease the transition.

    A couple or quick searches shows that Cannon Pixma printer use Direct Disc Print to print directly printable Disc. The app is part of EZ Photoprint EX software that comes with the printers. It is also  available on the Cannon Driver/Software Site.  You may be able to work out solution  using the same formats for images imported to the software. I do not have a Pixma so someone else will have to pipe in on that.
