Mask class
Defines the characteristics of a mask object
Syntax:

Remarks:
The Mask class defines the characteristics of a mask object.
Properties:
Name Description
Application Returns the application to which the object belongs
Floater Returns whether the mask is a floater
Floating Returns whether the mask is floating
IsEmpty Returns whether the mask is empty
Overlay Returns or sets whether mask overlay is on
PaintOnMask Returns or sets whether PaintOnMask is on
Parent Returns the parent document object
PositionX Returns or sets the horizontal position of the mask
PositionY Returns or sets the vertical position of the mask
SizeHeight Returns or sets the height of the mask
SizeWidth Returns or sets the width of the mask
Methods:
Name Description
AffineDistort Used by CorelSCRIPT to record manual manipulation of a mask area. If you want to distort a mask in Corel SCRIPT, use the MaskDistort command.
AlignToDocument Sets the alignment of the mask, according to the alignment type in the document
AlignToDocumentCenter Aligns the mask to the center of a document
AlignToGrid Aligns the mask to the grid
AlignToLayer Aligns the mask to a layer
AlignToLayerRange Aligns the mask to a range of layers
AlignToPoint Aligns the mask to a specified point
Average Samples all the pixels in the specified area and assigns an average color value to each one
Border Creates a new mask border along the edges of the original mask
CreateFromColorMask Creates a mask from a color mask
Delete Deletes a mask
Distort Distorts the shape of the current mask
Expand Extends transparent areas of the mask into opaque areas by a given number of pixels
Feather Feathers the edges of the mask, creating a smoothing effect
Flip Flips the mask
GetPosition Returns the position of the mask
GetSize Returns the size of the mask
Grow Expands a mask to include areas of the image with similar pixel colors. The mask continues to expand until all of the adjacent colors that meet the selection criteria are included.
Invert Reverses the area included in the mask
Load Loads a mask
Move Moves the mask to a specified position
Reduce Extends opaque areas of the mask into transparent areas by a given number of pixels
RemoveHoles Removes holes in the mask
Rotate Rotates the mask
SaveToNewChannel Saves a mask to a new channel
SelectAll Selects all
SetPosition Sets the position of the mask
SetSize Sets the size of the mask
Similar Adds to the current mask area any areas of the image having colors similar to the image color within the current mask area
Skew Skews the active mask
Smooth Smoothes over or rounds off the sharp angles of a mask
Stretch Stretches the active mask
Threshold Converts grayscale to a black-and-white (or bi-level) mask by using the specified threshold value
