Clip art in CorelDraw 9

Hi,

I own a version Corel Draw 9. I am not very good with the program, but would like to use the photos, brushes and clipart.

But how can I get an open album or something like gallery, where can I see all the cliparts in some folder. Now I have to clikck on each icon to see, what is behind it.

I have a book with the pictures and photos, but I think I should be able to see the gallery on my computer.

Any suggestions, please?
