My internet is fine ( I can access the content exchange just fine), I am signed in, even turned off firewalls antivirus software.
Here is what I notice:
The majority of the categories (while online selected) show nothing "No Content Found" as above.
However some do work,,,, Datasheets 6 results, Envelopes 28 results, Greeting Cards 48 results, Other 60 results
that's it, as a subscriber that is pretty lousy!
Yes all other categories have nothing.
When local is selected, I only get Dentist which is 12 results
(corel only installed 1 folder under c:/users/publicdocs/corel/contentx7/templates/ dentist)
So the new from template feature seems to be sort of working,,, just not up to my expectations. (a total of 154) & comparison chart indicates there should be at least 350.
Wondering if this is a bug or if there is a solution? Even if there was a way to have a outside download or a disc as in previous versions would be handy.
Somehow this seemed to correct itself. Not sure if it was an email to support (although I did not get a reply regarding the issue) but all templates magically appeared after not checking it for about a week. Perhaps it was something to do with the premium membership not fully kicking in (as I just upgraded to that) and a bit of patience. Now there are over 1400 templates showing which is a bit more like it. From Online selected the Biggest category is one shown, and brochures has 158... etc. :-)
