Problem with Font Navigator

Can anyone explain why i get this error, I know i have repaired this before but don't remember how.

Maybe the font was moved or deleted from their original place, or maybe the font is corrupt. Try to repair your database (under File/Find fonts) If you have all your fonts on one separate folder you can choose only this folder and Windows/fonts (for a faster search, instead to search the entire disk). An alternate way is g to File/Find duplicates and choose other copy of the same fontif its available. Otherwise you should download and install the font again
