F1 & F12 shortcut not working

Like the title says, my F1 & F 12 shortcut is not working in X7 using Windows 10, I'm guessing it has something to do with Windows 10. It will work with Fn & F12 keys together. I have tried a repair in X7. I'm using a new Dell Inspiron 5000 series. It works normal on my Windows 8.1 machine.

Mike,
Just a guess - since you're working on a Dell laptop. I have an XPS13, and the function keys are bifunctional. What happens if you hold down the Fn key with F1 or F12?

It will work with Fn & F12, at the same time. Is this a computer problem then?

It's a setup issue.

From my XPS13 handbook:

Some keys on your keyboard have two symbols on them. These keys can be used to type alternate characters or to perform secondary functions. To type the alternate character, press Shift and the desired key. To perform secondary functions, press Fn and the desired key.
NOTE: You can define the behavior of the shortcut keys by pressing Fn+Esc or by changing Function Key Behavior in BIOS setup program.

Thanks much for your reply, I will look in the manuals, thought I was missing a setting in Corel.
