USING PHOTOSHOP AS A BITMAP EDITOR FOR COREL DRAW

Hi,

My name is Tope Jay and I'm new in the CorelDRAW Community. I recently visited the link on "USING PHOTOSHOP AS A BITMAP EDITOR FOR COREL DRAW". However, each time I try to download the zip file, I keep getting an error message that says: You do not have permission to view this directory or page.

Please, how else can I download the file?
