Search in user form

Hello, people
I have a problem. 
I use user form to create different projects and tasks. Now one of my userforms see so:

I can not paste or insert picture?! Try to insert *.jpg, *.png files. Size from 1,110 KB to 73 KB, but Error was returned. SO, I can not show You my userform and my problem. I will show You that my userform conteins to many controls, command buttons. I ask how can find text in command button captions= I think it is not possible?!
